To ensure a smooth return process, it is important to contact us before sending the item back and provide a reason for the return. Refunds for eligible returned items will be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order.

Please keep in mind that all shipping expenses for returning the item are the customer's responsibility. The returned product must be unused and sent back in its original packaging. To avoid any confusion, kindly write "RETURNED ITEM" on the packaging.
